Angelsoft released version 2.2 on Saturday, November 24th. This release adds a number of exciting new features which can be viewed in its entirety here. The most notable updates are below.

Improvements:

• Deal alerts have been refactored to allow users to quickly complete requested actions for multiple deals
• Deal-stage folders are now independently expandable/collapsible
• Deal alerts show up in the deal history
• The Deal List has been optimized for speed
• Quoted text is now hidden by default in the Message forum (Gmail style)
• Links in all emails are now functional
• HTML in any email client is displaying correctly

New Features:

• Entrepreneurs can be invited to a deal created by an admin. This gives the entrepreneur the same functionality as if they submitted the deal. This includes the ability to edit the application as well as email in documents and messages using the deal email address
• The website generator is now available. All old sites have been migrated to the new generator and can be edited. New websites can be easily created and customized

Angelsoft, the premier deal flow management software for angel investment groups worldwide, has just named Mark I LaRosa as its VP of Sales. LaRosa will lead the business development and sales team globally.

LaRosa brings over 10 years of sales experience and has succesfully grown a start-up. In the early 90's, LaRosa began his career as an entrepreneur and raised angel and VC funding for Dynamic Mobile Data (www.dmdsys.com), a mobile vehicle location and dispatch application provider. LaRosa has a Bachelor of Science degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and serves on its Board of Trustees.
